Terms of Service (Independent Contractor Agreement) Effective Date: 2025-8-27

By using BubbGO as a Contractor, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service

1. Relationship

 You acknowledge that you are an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, or agent of BubbGO. You are solely responsible for determining how to perform your services and for providing your own tools and resources.

2. Payments via Stripe 

All payments are processed through Stripe Custom Accounts. You agree to provide accurate and complete information to Stripe for account verification, including your legal name, address, and taxpayer identification number (SSN, ITIN, or EIN). Payments are made directly to your Stripe account, less any service fees or commissions charged by BubbGO.

3. Taxes

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the income you earn through the platform, including but not limited to income tax and self-employment tax. BubbGO does not withhold or remit any taxes on your behalf.. You agree to complete any required tax forms (such as IRS Form W-9 or W-8BEN) upon request.

4. Compliance 

You agree to comply with all applicable tax laws and regulations. BubbGO is not liable for any penalties, interest, or legal consequences resulting from your failure to comply with tax obligations.

5.Service Fees 

BubbGO may charge a service fee or commission on each transaction, disclosed to you before accepting any task.

6.Termination 

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for non-compliance with these Terms or tax reporting requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

 To the fullest extent permitted by law, BubbGO is not liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities related to your tax obligations or your use of the platform.

8.Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Policy

Terms of Service (Dispute Policy) 

Effective Date: 2025-8-27

1. In order to keep users paying attention to the progress of the task and maintain operational efficiency, no dispute or appeal will be made after 24 hours.

2.  If the user raises a dispute but does not send an email to our customer service explaining the situation before the dispute expiry time, this appeal will be considered as give up .

Refund Policy


Terms of Service (Refund Policy) Effective Date: 2025-8-27

Expire Tasks

1. Tasks that exceed the time selected by the customer and expire will be refunded together with the transaction fee.

The transaction fee will be 2.9% of the task amount charged by Stripe plus 0.3 USD

Solve refund issue within 48 hours

2. Customer service will respond to the customer's message within 48 hours. If there is no response within 48 hours, you can contact service Number and the company will make corresponding compensation

Customer-initiated refund

3. If the user takes the initiative to refund, users will be responsible for the refund fee. This is because we have reminded users to carefully consider and read carefully before posting tasks. The refund fee is 8% after deducting the Stripe fee.


Promotional Terms and Conditions

By participating in any BubbGO promotion, you agree to these Promotional Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility 

Promotions are open to registered BubbGO users who meet the specific criteria stated in each promotional campaign. Promotions may be limited by location, time period, or user account status.

2. Promotion Period

Each promotion is valid only during the dates specified in the promotional materials. BubbGO reserves the right to modify or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.

3. Rewards and Discounts

Promotional rewards, credits, or discounts have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash or other benefits. Usage is subject to any additional terms stated in the specific promotion. 

4. Limitations

Unless otherwise stated, promotions are limited to one per user and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. BubbGO reserves the right to disqualify participants who engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unfair activities. 

5. Taxes

Users are solely responsible for any taxes that may apply to promotional rewards or benefits they receive. 

6. Changes and Termination

BubbGO reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel promotions at its sole discretion. 

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

BubbGO values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We collect information you provide, such as your name, contact details, payment information, and tax documents, to operate our platform, process payments via Stripe, and comply with legal requirements. We also collect limited usage data to improve our services. Your information will never be sold to third parties and will only be shared with trusted partners when necessary to provide our services or meet legal obligations. You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us.

Unless the user proactively requests deletion of the data, we will permanently retain the user's data as a record. This platform (BubbGO) will not share user information with third parties for any purpose unless the US judicial authorities request it from us for legal purposes.
